1. Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their booking through the Vertex platform under the following conditions:
- Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made within the allowed time window (e.g., before service preparation or dispatch) will not incur any charges.
- Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made after the allowed time window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Show:
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, the booking may be marked as a no-show, and the full service fee may be charged.
2. Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their booking based on availability:
- Rescheduling is subject to time and operational constraints
- Repeated rescheduling may not be allowed
- Additional charges may apply in certain cases
3. Cancellation by Vertex
Vertex reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Technical or operational issues
- Unavailability of staff
In such cases, customers will be notified, and:
- A full refund will be issued (if payment was made), or
- The booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost
4. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed according to the cancellation terms
- Refunds may take several business days to reflect depending on the payment method
- Non-refundable fees (if applicable) will be clearly communicated
5. Service Preparation
Once the service team has been dispatched or preparation has begun:
- Cancellation may no longer be free
