Vertex is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

• Customers must select a suitable time and location
• Vertex reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues)

5. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are displayed clearly within the platform
• Payments must be completed through the available payment methods
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice
• Additional charges may apply for special services or excessive dirt conditions

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customers may cancel bookings within the allowed cancellation period
• Late cancellations may be subject to fees
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to Vertex policies and may take several business days

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to deliver high-quality results, Vertex does not guarantee:

• Complete removal of all stains or damages
• Restoration of pre-existing vehicle conditions

Some conditions may require specialized treatments not included in standard services.

Vertex shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damages to the vehicle
• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the service provided.
